Mark Radford is Director of Nursing (Improvement) for NHS Improvement with a portfolio that covers workforce, quality improvement and governance. Mark has worked in Perioperative, Emergency and Intensive Care in the UK and Europe. He was previously been a Chief Nurse of a University Teaching Hospital and Consultant Nurse in Emergency & Trauma care. Mark is Professor of Nursing at Birmingham City and Coventry Universities, and has published research on staffing, advanced practice, perioperative and trauma care.

Zeljko Vlaisavljevic was born in 1982, in Belgrade, Serbia.He is a Professor at university novi sad. He did BSc-Nurse since 2007, Head Nurse since 2012 , RN, BS HCM( Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management) since 2008 , PhD - of Medical Sciences since 2016.Professor at the Department of Nurses Faculty of Pharmacy Novi Sad 2018. Nursing and Health Care

She is an expat from New Zealand who is based in Doha, Qatar. Jessie has approximately 24 years of leadership expertise both from NZ and Johannesburg, South Africa. A past recipient of the WDHB excellence awards for Workforce Development, in Auckland, NZ, Jessie leads on multiple clinical programs to strengthen the inter-professional workforce at Sidra Medicine. These include General Nursing & Midwifery orientation, non-clinical staff orientation, TeamSTEPPS, a US program SafeMedicate, a UK based program and various process improvement initiatives.

Nursing Education

She graduated from health faculty in 2008. She got her master's degree in the field of internal medical nursing in 2011. Her master thesis was about "the relationship between caregiving burden and quality of life in family caregivers of stroke patients". She worked as a nurse in an intensive care unit of a state hospital about 3 years. Her interesting area is stroke self-management and secondary prevention of stroke. Now she has been writing the PhD thesis about ischemic stroke and self-management.
